Description:
FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) has become a common experience in modern daily life. Many individuals feel compelled to frequently check their mobile devices and monitor social media, driven by a concern about missing trending topics or activities, as well as a tendency to compare their lives with those of others.
However, by embracing JOMO (Joy of Missing Out), individuals can learn to focus on what truly matters to them and cultivate a sense of calm while appreciating the present moment. Through a combination of artistic activities—such as sand painting scented candle making—and guided sharing sessions, this workshop aims to support participants in naturally alleviating the pressures associated with FOMO.
