Trees traditionally across cultures symbolize attributes like strength, resilience and the essence of nature. This 2-hour mixed media art making workshop offers you the opportunity to make personal connections with these metaphors through a guided step by step artmaking process. We will use paint, collage techniques and words to create a personalised "tree" representing the range of resources within. The visual image will help you to recognise the strengths that are available to you and act as a reminder of your own capacities during times of challenge. No art experience is necessary.
