Picasso. Einstein. Bergson were the most important figures in their own fields: art, science, and philosophy, from the same period of time. From their different perspectives and with their “digram” and "equations", they were answering the same old questions: How long is the time? How big is the space? For the next 100 years, the artists have been standing on the shoulders of great scientists and philosophers, but, do not forget how we, as artists, have always accompanied invention of new technology and envisioned the future from the lenses of scientists. The artists are "nomads", following the water and grass, their destination is only for to departure. Today's topic will focus on the "technological / scientific” thinking in contemporary art, to surface the social and technological condition that have contributed to number of important shifts in the development of contemporary visual art.
