Community GO - Kids "Com" Together「童」闖社交路

*The service opportunity requires participants to be proficient in Cantonese.

Since the pandemic, the switch from face-to-face to online classes has reduced children's social interaction, limiting their development of social skills. In view of this, students from The Next Changemaker are organizing activities for children from low-income families, aiming to develop their communication skills. Volunteers will facilitate children to complete missions in Sham Shui Po and HKUST campus. We are recruiting volunteers to support the program activities. Join us now to experience a meaningful winter break!

你有想過疫情對兒童成長的影響嗎？疫情改變了兒童的生活及學習模式，他們較少校園生活或外出，減少透過真實場景學習社交，窒礙兒童的成長發展。有見及此，四位來自The Next Changemaker的同學與救世軍深水埗家庭支援網路隊合辦兩節活動，透過遊戲及定向活動加強7-12歳兒童的社交技巧。現正招募科大同學擔任義工協助活動及遊戲進行，並帶領兒童完成任務。立即報名成為義工，與孩子們渡過一個有意義的寒假！

#Volunteers are required to attend the service program, including briefing, service, and briefing sessions.
