In today’s data‑driven era, the ability to conduct sophisticated data modeling has become a key gateway to leading careers across sectors—from quantitative finance to frontier scientific research, and from generative AI to industry‑wide digital transformation.

The MSc Program in Data‑Driven Modeling is honoured to host an Online Fireside Chat with Distinguished Alumni on the theme “The Future of Education with AI”, alongside an introduction to the Program. The event will take place on 13 March 2026 at 7:00 p.m. (HKT) via Zoom.

We are delighted to welcome Prof Yi WANG from the Department of Physics and alumnus Mr Jackie LIU, Director of the Quantitative Strategies & Data Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Together, they will share their perspectives on how AI is reshaping the educational landscape and discuss its implications for the future development of data‑modelling talent.
