This mixed-mode seminar explores the implications of state-controlled enterprises (SCEs) by assessing the regulatory complexity and the normative tensions triggered by the rise of SCEs as actors in international law. The seminar is based on the book “Regulation of State-Controlled Enterprises. An Interdisciplinary and Comparative Examination” published by Springer in 2022.
