Department of Mathematics - Seminar on Pure Mathematics - Moduli spaces of vector bundles and torsion free sheaves on toric varieties

This presentation will be based on a few papers by A.A.Klyachko. An equivalence of category can be established between multifiltered vector spaces (subject to compatibility condition) and toric vector bundles over a toric variety. This allows us to use combinatorics and linear algebra to investigate properties of the moduli spaces. Characteristic classes and cohomology groups can be calculated.
