Call for Proposals: Mainland - Hong Kong University Alliances Fund 2025-26 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026 in or outside Hong Kong Invitation to Schools and Departments to submit funding proposals for the Mainland-Hong Kong University Alliances Fund 2025-26

The Fund, supported with provisions from the Education Bureau (EDB) and the University Grants Committee (UGC), aims to promote collaboration between Hong Kong and Mainland universities. Kindly consider to submit your proposals via the secretariats of "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau University Alliance (GHMUA)" (粵 港 澳 高 校 聯 盟 ), "Beijing-Hong Kong University Alliance (BHUA)" (京 港 大 學 聯 盟 ), "Shanghai-Hong Kong University Alliance (SHUA)" (滬 港大 學 聯 盟 ) and Jiangsu-Hong Kong-Macao University Alliance(JHMUA) ”(蘇 港 澳 高 校 合 作 聯 盟 ).  A maximum provision of HK$100K per project will be allocated. The application round of 2025-2026 is now calling for funding proposals.  Kindly dispatch the information to your colleagues if you think they might be useful.

1. Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao University Alliance (GHMUA) 粵港澳高校聯盟

Funding: (Please refer to Appendix 2)

1. GHMUA Summer School: Approximately HK$150,000 per year
2. GHMUA Events, Forums/ Symposiums: up to HK$50,000 per project
