Relationships play a vital role in our lives, and establishing healthy boundaries is essential for fostering mutual respect and well-being. Ruiqi, registered social worker and life coach from Wholeness Wellness Bar, would facilitate participants in learning concept of boundaries in relationships, identify different types of boundaries, distinguish between healthy and unhealthy boundaries, understand their personal boundaries, and acquire practical tips for setting and maintaining healthy boundaries to cultivate deep,  loving, and respectful connections that help us navigate university life and beyond.
