IAS Center for Quantum Technologies Inaugural Workshop

Overview

The IAS Center for Quantum Technologies (CQT), a newly established collaborative center at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), is a platform for quantum technology research, education and entrepreneurship. The CQT is dedicated to create a quantum ecosystem by bringing together researchers who are experts in quantum materials, quantum optics, atomic physics and quantum information. In this inaugural workshop, the Center will invite world-leading experts to discuss the current status of quantum technology, define the emerging discipline of quantum engineering and deliberate how to educate the quantum workforce. For more details, please see http://iasprogram.ust.hk/202108cqt/.
