Call for Proposals – Beat Drugs Fund (BDF) – 2021 Funding Exercise of the Regular Funding Scheme

The Beat Drugs Fund (BDF) is now inviting applications for the 2021 Funding Exercise of the BDF Regular Funding Scheme (RFS).

 

Overview
BDF aims to promote and support worthwhile anti-drug programmes which can help address the problem of drug abuse, particularly amongst the young, and to promote community-wide efforts and programmes in the campaign against drug abuse in Hong Kong.

RFS operates as an annual funding exercise, which opens for application by different organisations to respond to the latest drug trends on the preventive education and publicity (PE&P), treatment and rehabilitation (T&R), and research fronts. Priority will be accorded to applications falling into the priority areas drawn up for each funding exercise.

 

Project Duration

Maximum 3 years

 

Funding Limit

Up to HK$6 million

 

Eligibility of Applicant
Organisations and individuals can apply for the Fund, provided that the projects under application meet the objectives of the Fund and assessment criteria set out in the guideline, and the projects are of a non-profit-making nature.

For details, please refer to the information on the Research Office’s website and its Guide to Application.  Please submit an electronic version of the completed Application Form (in MS Word format), together with the soft copy of all other supporting information (in PDF or JPEG format) to RO (rocelia@ust.hk)  on or before 1 September 2021 (Wednesday).

Online Briefing cum Experience Sharing Sessions
