#Crossover - Changemaker Pathway x Civic Exchange

The tension between the built world and the natural world has become the focus of post-pandemic era. In its own urgent call to action, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has shown that global warming is likely to dramatically affect human populations and our natural systems if we don’t begin to transition our global economy to a low carbon future.

As climate change is inevitable, seeking to find the alignment between the two worlds has become our duty. Sustainable investing fundamentally changes the criteria for success, helping to build a balance that is viable in the long term.

Public also need to understand that the way they live in their city: behavior, travel, food and clothing are carbon intensive and this they must change. The low-carbon or zero-carbon transition brings enormous opportunities to our city in clean power, building efficiency, electrified transportation, among others. Many institutions and companies are already addressing sustainability challenges recognizing the significant risks and the opportunities the new decade brings.

Join us for insights and discussions on how behavior change is the crucial way to battle against the climate emergency and what has been happening in emission trading in the coming year. We can build a future to look forward to in a decarbonized city.
