2021 Key Areas Research and Development Programs – Integration of Culture and Technology

2021年度广东省重点领域研发计划“文化和科技融合”重点专项项目

GDST is now soliciting proposals for the 2021 Key Areas Research and Development Programs on "Integration of Culture and Technology" with two major topics. Researchers from Hong Kong/Macau’s research institutes can also apply for the programs as lead applicants, as long as they fulfill the conditions including (a) applicants will set up bases in Guangdong; and (b) technical results of the research projects will be transferred to a Guangdong entity. Funding limit is up to RMB 20 million for 3 years. For details, please refer to the information on the program and application here.

Applications should be completed in Chinese and submitted via the application system Guangdong Science and Technology Business Management Sun-Government Platform. Interested researchers please approach Research Office as soon as possible for creating a user account in the application system if you do not have one.

There is an institutional quota of 3 for each sub-topic. If you are interested in applying, please complete the Expression of Interest (link for downloading form), and submit it to the Research Office by 9 April 2021.

广东省科学技术厅现启动2021年度广东省重点领域研发计划“文化和科技融合”重点专项项目，并设两项主要专题。港澳地区高校院所的科研人员可牵头申报，但必须满足条件包括:(a) 科研机构、科研活动、主要团队到广东落地；及(b) 项目知识产权在广东申报、项目成果在广东转化。资助强度为人民币2000万元，资助期限为3年。详细项目资料及申报信息请见此处。

申请书须用中文填写。申请人须登陆广东省科技业务管理阳光政务平台在线填写申请书。有意申请的研究者如未有广东省科技业务管理阳光政务平台的账户，请尽快联络研发事务办公室办理系统开户事宜。

在申报同一专项（专题）时，原则上同一研究团队只允许牵头或参与1项，同一法人单位只允许牵头或参与不超过3项。有意经香港科技大学申请的研究者请尽快填写申请意向书(可藉连结下载表格)，并于2021年4月9日或之前提交予研发事务办公室。
