AUA Future of Learning Accelerator
The AUA Future of Learning Accelerator will be hosted by United Arab Emirates University from July 29 to September 1, 2021. The program is now open for application.
The AUA Future of Learning Accelerator is a vision setting and innovation program where a selected group of education and tech professionals, policy makers, researchers, high school and university students re-imagine the future of education in the AWASAR region.
During the 5-week program, 5 teams go through a series of acceleration milestones and coaching sessions to develop 5 high level initiatives that are meant to support the University Of The Future’s goal to make 100 Million students lifelong learners and continuously employable.
The Future of Learning Accelerator marks the kick-off of a structured partner engagement and resource mobilization process that will run throughout the duration of EXPO, culminating in the 100 Million Stars Summit.

Weekly time commitment: approximately 7 hours
Expected Outcomes
By the end of the program, the 5 teams participating in the Accelerator will have achieved the following results:
1. Identify the focus areas and the core participants in the coalitions supporting five “Quadruple Helix Initiatives”
2. Define the value propositions, and the impact models for the five initiatives
3. Craft a roadmap to define 5 pilots that will be implemented in collaboration with UAEU Pathfinders. The design of pilots will be the focus of the 100 Million Stars Lab
