Description:

With conflict being a common and inevitable part of life, the ability to resolve conflict is a crucial skill for everyone to develop. In this series of workshops, students will examine various conflict management styles and learn effective communication skills in the face of conflict. You will also learn the art of apologizing and forgiveness that are vital for nurturing healthy interpersonal relationships. The program includes one-on-one advising from the trainer to help you put what you learn into everyday practice.

Students who fail in attending at least 3 sessions will not be eligible for any HLTH1010 course hours
